Brands these days are getting more blog-savvy. PR’s know that parental bloggers have a huge influence on the success or failure of their brand. Many PR’s want to work with bloggers on campaigns, reviews or just to seek out advertising spaces and Blog-Match.com is the ideal portal for them to get their ideas infront of hundreds of willing bloggers.
Bloggers that register for our newsletter will receive regular news (not so often we clog up your inbox, about once a week) from brands that want to work with you. We don’t discriminate, our news letter goes to all bloggers who register with us, so whether you’ve been blogging for years and have a Klout of 102 or you’re just starting out on your blog and not yet sure about your Post Ranks, Twuffers and Flickrs – you can all read what the brands have to say.

Have signed up! This is a great idea – especially for newbie bloggers unsure of how to get started working with brands.
Will brands be able to see our details and contact us directly through you or just submit the ‘wants’ to be added to the newsletter?
Hi – Good question – we won’t give the brands your details at all, they will be held safely by us. Brands will submit items for our newsletter, and they can essentially ‘pitch’ an idea to you and the bloggers can get in touch direclty if they want to work with the brand, the brand then has the right (of course) to choose which bloggers to use. I think it’ll level out the playing field for newbie bloggers enabling them to get a piece of the action too and not feel left out. Plus a brand can potentially get a huge amount of support from a newbie!

I signed up a couple of days ago but my blog isn’t listed in the BlogRoll. Have I done something wrong or omitted anything when signing up? x

Are you planning to list all signed-up bloggers on your BlogRoll or just the founder members?
We will probably end up with Founder members I think as it’ll be too many to list otherwise! Only people who display our button are listed on the blogroll though. x
